Endowed with an innate talent to excel in innovations, staunch will power and untiring spirit of perseverance, Mr. H. Ahinus has been the kingpin behind the spontaneous growth and development of MGM Group of Institutions.
Mr. H.Ahinus began his career as a faculty in KMEA Engineering College, Kochi in 2003. With his keen sense of apprehension about the industry trend, excellent managerial and interpersonal skills, optimum use of man management and real-time execution of tasks, he sooner became a name to be reckoned with among the management and staff.

Er. N.K. Rajan was working in the Department of Technical Education, Govt. of Kerala before joining in this Polytechnic College as Principal. He has ample experience in the Technical Education department in various capacities and started his carrier as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at the Government Polytechnic College. Later got promoted to the Head of section in Mechanical Engineering then as Principal of the Government Polytechnic College. Er. N.K Rajan has given remarkable contribution in the academic improvement and institutional development in the Polytechnic Colleges and was focused on obtaining better result from the students and the campus recruitments. He was working as Directorate level officer responsible for the academic, curriculum, examination, admission and teachers training for over ten years. During this period he was upholding the post of Deputy Director, Joint Controller of Technical Examinations as well as Joint Director of State Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (SITTTR). Er.N.K. Rajan was an entrusted officer for coordinating the activities of various Government of India MHRD schemes such as up-gradation of Existing Polytechnic, Construction of women’s hostel, and Community Development through Polytechnic (CDTP) schemes while serving as the Deputy Director. The process of streamlining the examination system of Technical Examination was initiated while Er. N. K. Rajan was the Joint Controller of Technical Examination. He took the lead role for curriculum revision of Diploma (Polytechnic) courses, Polytechnic College admission and for organizing teachers training programmes required by Polytechnic College teachers and teachers of other technical institutions in the state while he was upholding the post of Joint Director of SITTTR. He retired from Govt. service as the Joint Director of the State Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research (SITTTR) and is Serving as the principal in this prestigious institution from 8th July 2020.
