ABOUT DEPARTMENT

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established as one of the major departments of the Institute in the year 2011. The annual sanctioned intake OF the department is 30.  To allow the students to explore deep into the trending areas, the Post Graduate Programme in Industrial Instrumentation and Control was started in the year 2014 with an annual intake of 12. With excellent infrastructural facilities and fully-fledged laboratories; the department is at par with any other premier institution. The department is led by a team of energetic, dedicated and experienced teachers educated from reputed institutions supported by a strong team of lab technicians.

The entire team aims at moulding Electrical and Electronics Engineers with logical thinking and problem-solving ability as well as individuals who are globally competent, technically skilled and socially committed, thereby making them fully efficient professionals.
